Reliability matters, to our customers and to us. That's why we only buy cars with clean titles and make sure each car is inspected and reconditioned before it goes onto the sales lot. We stand behind our work, too. Each car comes with a great limited warranty and Preferred Service Pricing, so you'll be able to stay on the road affordably.
J.D. Byrider cars are different than those you'll find at as-is used car lots. Here's the process they all go through before they're allowed on our sales lots.
Even our expert technicians can't fix what they don't know is wrong. That's why we take our used car inspection process seriously.*
- 92 points are inspected
- Minimum 20 minute test drive by our technicians
- Computer-tested to check for any engine misfires or codes
- 5 different test points: outside the car, inside the car, during the test drive, the car on a lift and under the hood
Reliability comes from keeping a vehicle serviced. We want to give you a head-start on keeping your vehicle in top condition, so we service it before we hand it off.
- Oil change (including the filter)
- Check brake pads/shoes
- Check wiper blades
- Transmission coolant
- Exterior lights
- Tire balance
Other dealers may claim to recondition vehicles when they really only clean and detail the car. Our detailers are thorough, of course, but we also have our technicians recondition each car for safety and dependability.
Here are just a few of the 76 parts we make sure work before you're handed the keys:
- Air conditioner/Heater
- ABS brake systems/Warning light
- Check engine, air bag warning lights
- Exhaust system
- Ignition system
J.D. Byrider invests in our customers' futures, and in the future of their car. It's important to us that all our customers drive off our lot with a reliable car that fits their needs. And, if something does happen, we want you to be able to get it fixed affordably with our great limited warranty or available service agreement (depending on the dealership), and our Preferred Service Pricing.
