Highly Recommend

I recently bought my third vehicle from JdByrider The first one I got when I lived in Jacksonville Fl and never had any issues with it the other two I bought at the Bowling Green Ky location
The second vehicle. 2012 Chrysler 200 I experienced problems with it on two separate occasions They fixed both problems and even sent a wrecker to my house to take it and fix it
My third vehicle a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Van The key won’t unlock the door the key fob works fine They made me an appointment to bring it in and they will fix it
Tonia the sales lady was Awesome She was very polite and helpful Brian in finance helped get me in a nice vehicle I love it
Anytime you test drive a vehicle make sure you check everything out and bring any problems to there attention they will take care of it
And check the mileage on it I personally would never buy a Ford Been down that road
I highly recommend this business See Sales lady Tonia and tell her I recommend you to them
They will help you in any way possible

I hope this will save someone because I didn’t look at the reviews before getting my first car note with by rider. 4 years ago I put $2000 down on a 2010 ford fusion the balance for the note was 12,000 & car note was supposed to be $390 every month and I was told I would be done paying off in less than 2 years …. Here I am 4 years later still owe over $5000 !!!!!! How idk ! 🤷🏾‍♀️ they tell me anything and just took my car because I missed a month of payment due to the car being so old I get things fix every other month. !!!! Tried to return and they said I can indeed return it but will still be responsible for the rest of the payments what a rip off !!!! my car is so old altogether. I’ve already paid a little over $30,000 for this 2010 Ford fusion on top of that when I calculated my monthly payments lol like how ???!!!!!! Plus I’ve spent thousands of dollars because the car was so old and I’ve got multiple things fixed on the car !!! I’m speechless with myself, but it’s definitely a lesson learned. Please do not buy from here or do business !!!!! That should of been my FIRST red flag but I was so young and desperate for a car smh here it is 4 years later I still owe $5,000 + on the car and paid way over what I was told which was supposed to be only 12,000

Where do I start.

Where do I start.. well I’ll say this if you have bad credit and are willing to get ripped off in order to have a car that you won’t be able to refinance because you will owe double maybe triple what their POS cars are worth then this is the place for you. They will tell you that they have
3 year or 30,000 mile warranty but when your car breaks down a few minutes after leaving dealership don’t be surprised when nothing is covered or you have to pay up front and wait months possibly even years to get your money back. If you buy from here good luck and I’m sorry. But my advice save your money build your credit until you can buy from a reputable dealership not this whatever you want to call it.

Can someone please explain to me why a vehicle purchased from Byrider needs its third alternator replaced under warranty and the wait time for this replacement is Jan 25 2024. Obviously for you to receive a car payment a person needs to go to work correct????? Over a month for a simple repair is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!! Corporate will get back to me in 5-7 days. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Time to get social media involved

Diamonds in the Rough

I wanted to jump on here and give a hugh shout out to a couple of employees. I have definately had my issues with jd byrider in the past, but lately i found 2 diamonds in the rough. Emma in CNAC and Abby in auto repair. These 2 woman are the best in customer service. I recently experenced issues with my car and both these ladies went above and beyond to assist me in getting back on track with my car. Abby also went to great lengths to get my daughters car back on the road. Kudos to these 2 ladies!!!

The worst of the worst

This is the worst company you can get a car from please don't look they way cause you will definitely regret it I would hate for anyone to go through with what I went through...they sells lies and dreams and makes your life miserable that you would rather walk to where you going to keep from dealing with them...run away from this company if you want what's best for you

The general manager Josh Flaminio

The general manager Josh Flaminio at the Denver, CO location thinks acceptable to not pay a mother her last week’s paycheck from working in the sales department. He thinks it’s acceptable to pay her $0 for a full week of work. The sales guys are wonderful but Josh won’t let them sell you a car unless you have a minimum of $500-$1000 down or good credit. So, don’t believe the corporate’s advertising of $199 down, because Josh terminated that. Josh won’t treat you, or anyone else fairly. So beware.

Don’t buy from byrider

I bought my car there one year ago since then I have not been late on one payment and pay 387 a month and my payoff has only dropped 1300. Not to mention I have had to replace the battery rear brakes front tires it uses 3 quarts of oil between changes if I don’t keep check on it and now the transmission is starting to loose 5th gear. I really advise you to look somewhere else before buying from jd by rider

I’ve been with this company 3 years…

I’ve been with this company 3 years never missed a payment. I went in today even though I wanted a quote before I came in so that I wouldn’t waste my time but no… Go with a trade-in same vehicle I brought 3 years ago only to be told before my trade in was ever accessed that my total monthly payment would be $600 for a 2016 Honda CR-V (miles unknown because we didn’t get that far… predator leanding at its best. If you have other options please utilize them. You can definitely get a newer car for the same amount.

I just... really needed a vehicle to get to work.

Really needed a vehicle, they sold me a car I liked, it handled great on the test drive. They made me watch some drawn out terrible cgi video afterwards, told me it was just procedure, that I didn't really have to pay it much mind. Shortly afterwards check engine light comes on, I take it back, and what do you know mechanic tells me the cat is going out. That's almost 3k on top of the 18k for a car only worth 8k max. I was in a bind when I made the purchase. I decided to do some research apparently the car was in two accidents, rebuilt, had multiple owners, none of that was even mentioned when I'd asked about the history. Just, "it's a clean, reliable vehicle" long story short these people working here, they are going to have some serious karma to work off.

I don't even want to give him one star

I don't even want to give him one star, they deserve no Stars the sales team is amazing. The service department sucks they force you to pay for an extended warranty program that they would go their way out of and say that it's not covered under waorange like literally, I have paperwork stating a code that is coming up on my husband's car for a transmission problem and they are claiming. We have to pay for a diagnostic test when I've already paid 3 people for one. And I have the pronounce of it. We got nothing but problems with the service department people lying to us and they sold him a car with the headlights shining on the ground. We want our money back for the extended word. Do we paid for Cos? I've read BB reviews and they're all bad and it all has to do with your janky extended warranty. So I think you need to change it. Cause you're literally about to get sued by me.

The worse

I don't own a car wit JD Brmyrider but have had numerous encounter with the location is St. Cloud, Minnesota, specifically with Brian Ogle, he is rude and extremely disrepectful. If this is who you have running your company, know that you business will suffer with this man as your manager. His customer service is awful, he does not listen and his overall demeanor is condescending. If you want a good experience with buying a car do not expect it from this man.

Ms. Areia was amazing!!

I’ve been loooking for a nice dependable vehicle for about a month now and I must say in all of my searching I’ve not run across someone like Ms. Elliot! Aside from her outstanding customer service, and extremely relatable and empathetic personality, she was very knowledgeable and gave me amazing pointers that I never thought to look at/for when looking for a vehicle!! I left out of there feeling not only amazing, but empowered! Her genuiness really made my day! If you’re in Greenville, SC and looking for a car, I STRONGLY recommend you see her!! 2400 Laurens Rd. You won’t be disappointed!!

Only 24 payments to go😊

I am the beginning of my third year financing a van from JD Byrider and I would highly recommend them to anybody who may be having a hard time finding someone who will finance a vehicle. We had the pleasure of working with Steve who is actually the owner of that particular branch and I got to say he's a great guy!! They offer a 2 year warranty, discounted labor and $10 oil changes!! When nobody else wanted to help us they were more than happy to and I would highly recommend this place to anyone bad credit or not

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They will sell u cars with problems and refuse to get u in something else. They don't tell u all the details about the full coverage u need so now I'm paying full coverage insurance plus an insurance through them. They use to be good when Michael was still the manager. But they suck since he left!

They lied& told me before I arrive that I was approved for 1k.Then once it was time for me to sign contract they switched up.& said $2200. This vehicle is over 15 yes old. I agreed because I need a car & was desperate. They make money off of ppl bad credit burden. They don't accept partial payment or grace period. So I am stuck paying $600 a 15 yes old truck that have mechanic problems every wk.They keep calling & harassing my references Save ur money & stress
