June 12, 2009 Entrepreneur opens third Pittsburgh-area J.D. Byrider
MONROEVILLE, Pa. Entrepreneur Rob Palmer has selected Monroeville for his third Pittburgh-area J.D. Byrider franchise location. The store opened last month.
Palmer was awarded the 2009 Franchise of the Year Award by J.D. Byrider, the nation’s leading used car and finance company franchise. His other Pittsburgh locations are on McKnight Road and West Liberty Avenue, and he also owns one dealership each in Hermitage, Pa.; Boardman, Ohio; and Warren, Ohio.
During these rough economic times, people need reliable used cars, and many do not qualify for financing at traditional car dealerships. We have money available to offer financing to people with credit challenges, said Palmer. We offer a full program of warranties and services that will help those in Monroeville get on with their lives and rebuild their credit.
The Monroeville location offers used car sales, financing, a service department and a customer service center.
Palmer’s national award was his second consecutive and sixth overall. Winners are chosen based on their commitment to customer service, sales excellence and to sharing best practices with other J.D. Byrider franchisees.
