Dental - several options are available to you with in the J.D. Byrider plan.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account - Up to $5,000 per year, per household, which lowers your taxable income. You may then reimburse yourself for eligible day care expenses.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account - Up to $9,000 per year, per household, which lowers your taxable income. You may then reimburse yourself for eligible out-of pocket medical, dental, and vision care expenses.
401(k) Savings Plan - You may elect to defer a percentage of your earnings through payroll deductions. Your funds are 100% vested from the time of participation, with a generous company match!
Time Off - Time off with pay is offered in the form of vacation and sick/personal time. The number of days granted varies based on your employment classification and your employment start date.
Holidays - All employees get six official holidays per year: New Year's day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day , Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
