J.D. Byrider’s Boardman dealership relocates to former Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge site
Ribbon-cutting ceremony to take place Oct. 22

WHAT:

J.D. Byrider has moved operations from its location at 6534 Market St. to 7871 Market St., the site of a former Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership that closed in June 2009. The 4.8-acre location includes a new 14-bay service department and also offers used car sales, financing and a customer service center. The new location will serve as the payment location for existing customers. There will also be a special ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 10 a.m., with representatives from the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and the Better Business Bureau of Mahoning Valley. “Our new location will allow us to better serve our customers because of our larger showroom and on-site service department,” said owner and franchisee Rob Palmer, a multiple J.D. Byrider Franchise of the Year award winner who also owns locations in Warren, Ohio, as well as in Hermitage, Monroeville, Ross Township, and Pittsburgh, Pa. “Our large investment in this facility during difficult economic times shows our commitment to the Mahoning Valley.”
